“True healing comes from nourishing the mind, body and soul.”
I picked this particular quote for this recipe because I truly believe it is one of those very simple swallows which not just satiates your body but uplifts your mind and soul as well. This comfort cauldron of golden milk is like a balm to the blaring senses. It is a hug on a cold winter’s day, a ray of sunshine on summer and a medicine to those malevolent sneezes. I am someone who just cannot stand drinking plain milk but there is something about the cozy spices and wafting aroma of this recipe which always leaves me with a soothing feeling.
